General
Do I need an account to place an order? No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account makes it easier to track your orders and speeds up checkout next time.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations. Contact us as soon as possible at supportnexfit@gmail.com with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be changed, but you can still return it under our Returns Policy.
How do I know my order was successful? You'll receive a confirmation email immediately after checkout. If you don't see it within a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal.
Is my payment information secure? Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Nexfit does not store your card details at any point.
What currency are prices shown in? All prices are displayed in GBP (£). If you're paying with a non-UK card, your bank may apply a small currency conversion automatically.
Where do you ship from? Our products are shipped directly from our trusted supplier network to ensure the best quality at the best price.
How long does shipping take? Orders typically arrive within 7–20 business days after dispatch. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping.
Do you ship outside the UK? Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom.
Will I have to pay customs fees? Since all our shipments are within the UK, customs fees do not apply to your order.
How can I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey to your door.
What if my order is taking longer than expected? Occasionally, delays happen due to high demand or carrier issues. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us supportnexfit@gmail.com and we'll look into it right away.
What is your return policy? You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to let us know you'd like to cancel or return it, and 30 days to send it back to us, in line with UK consumer rights. The item must be unused and in its original condition.
How do I start a return? Email us at supportnexfit@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return, and we'll guide you through the next steps.
Who pays for return shipping? If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping cost. If you're returning an item simply because you changed your mind, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
When will I get my refund? Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping cost to you.
Are your products good for beginners? Yes! Our fitness gear is designed to support all levels, whether you're just starting your fitness journey or are an experienced athlete.
Are your products true to the images shown? Yes, we work to ensure product photos accurately represent the items. Minor variations in color may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
