Where We Ship

We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note: delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping partners and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, peak seasons (e.g. holidays), or carrier disruptions, which are outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package's journey. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us

Customs & Import Duties

As orders are shipped internationally, your package may occasionally be subject to import duties or taxes upon arrival, depending on current UK customs regulations. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Return & Exchange Policy

Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Rights)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, simply contact us at supportnexfit@gmail.com within this period.

Return Window

After notifying us of your cancellation, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to send the item back to us. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.

How to Start a Return
  1. Email us at supportnexfit@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will confirm your return and provide instructions, including the return address.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.

  4. Ship the item back to the address provided.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received them

  • In their original packaging where possible

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at supportnexfit@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping where applicable.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
